GO.WeatherAlert V1.3.15

Gosiger Weather Alert monitors Dark Skies API for weather
alerts issued by the National Weather Service. Go to the 
'Setting' page to modify the location and alert keyword
settings.  If your machine is equiped with NCUserAlarms 
an alarm will be generated when an alert is detected.

Log file is located in My Documents\Gosiger\GO.WeatherAlert\logs

User settings are located in a file called GO.WeatherAlert.exe.config in
the installation directory (typically D:\Program Files\Gosiger\GO.WeatherAlert)
